GCG's technical evaluation team consists of twelve highly specialized professionals that are able to evaluate and analyze all types of industries, concepts and products. The team's qualifications range from nuclear engineers to PhD's in physics, and combined, the team has over 100 years of technical expertise. GCG offers, as part of it's service, a technical evaluation to all of our clients. This service provides a true evaluation of the viability of the client's product, concept or system. Additionally, the team provides a complete technical evaluation report, which is instrumental in validating the client's business plan. This is a valuable resource that provides credibility to the Capital Markets and potential investors.
Allan Goff has a Masters in Nuclear Engineering. He spent 11 years as an Air Force Officer, 5 years teaching at the University of Phoenix. A patented inventor, he has presented research papers on space tethers at the annual NASA conferences and leads a team of researchers investigating nonlinear systems. Back to top Joel Siegel has a Doctorate in Physics and is currently teaching college mathematics. He has thirty years experience as a technical consultant to both industry and government. A specialist in Probabilistic Risk Assessment, he is trained in multiple disciplines, has advised dozens of agencies in technical and organizational issues. Back to top John Levine has a Masters in Mathematics, with his 23 year career has been primarily in software engineering. He is an expert in a broad range of programming languages, telecommunications, and leading operating systems. Back to top Charlotte James has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics. She has 25 years experience as a computer programmer from IBM machines to HP 3000. Her primary skill set is in COBOL and now C. Back to top Dale Lehmann has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. In his 28 year career he has worked for Universities, and leading commercial enterprises such as Tektronix, HP, and DST Output. He has programmed in C for decades across all major platforms and for both business and scientific applications. Back to top Spencer Mills has a Masters degree in Public Policy and an MBA. His 14 year career spans both business and government. His highest profile assignments include budget analyst with the California Department of Finance and as a top legislative consultant for Senator Tim Leslie, the Vice Chairman of the California Senate Appropriations Committee. Back to top Chris Payne has 14 years in the computer field, the last 7 as an independent computer consultant specializing in Visual Basic and Oracle. His clients include the County of Sacramento, HP, and Apple. Back to top AJ Rystad has an AS degree in Computer Science. His 20 year career covers work for Apple, DNG, and electronic probation. For the last 8 years he has been an engineering/technician at NEC performing IC defect detection and evaluation. Back to top Jamie Robertson has over 15 years in the insurance industry rising to the position of vice president with expertise in claims administration, program management, contract management and financial analysis including management of client financial accounts with expenditures in excess of $24,000,000 annually. Back to top Dave Canfield has 15 years as a database engineer. He began his career in the Navy and has continued to rise through the ranks in the Navel reserve. He has managed, maintained, designed, and implemented large enterprise wide relational databases for industry giants such as Sprint and HP. He is proficient in Unix, Perl, and SQL. Back to top Don Smith has a Bachelors degree in the Physical Sciences with an emphasis in biochemistry. He has 20 years experience as a computer programmer. He is proficient in C, COBOL and Pascal, and familiar with many other software languages. He has 8 years experience in the healthcare industry, including EDI claims and pharmacy systems.
